I have found that I do save a lot of money clipping coupons -- my last grocery bill was $125 but I only paid $55 b/c of the coupons / grocery game -- but I also find I am buying things we wouldn't have otherwise bought (body wash / carmelized walnuts...) and I spend hours organizing the grocery list and then searching for sale items at the store...
Folks with exerience doing the coupon thing -- what do you think?
As a note, I used to only go grocery shopping once a month (always working , traveling, eating out...) before we had our baby -- now that I stay home, I have more time and we do need to save more money than before...

I had an ovarian tumor and three surgeries and have had lots of medical problems within the last year which has caused severe financial difficulties. We do not qualify for WIC, I have to formula-feed for medical reasons, and I don't have family to help me.
Money is extremely tight right now, I am giving birth to a baby boy in 9 weeks, and we can use all the help we can get. We don't have anything for our baby.
