Besides breastfeeding often is there anything that I can eat or drink that will help increase my milk supply? I went dry last night but I think it was becuase I didn't have enough to drink that day so I am making sure I drink lots of water so that doesn't happen.

Also my baby is 2 weeks old I have been waking him up through out the night every 3-4 hours to eat if he doesn't wake on his own is it ok to let him sleep as long as he wants through out the night without it harming him or my milk supply? I usually feed every 1-3 hrs during the day?

The problem with pantyhose is that they are extremely uncomfortable and take 10 minutes to put on. With heels after an hour they get seriously painful and I end up being barefoot. Could anyone give please give me advice?

Would the first baby drink the colostrum, or would it naturally come in after the woman gives birth to the second child? I don't understand this.
